Quebec Dussault & Proulx 1901 Fitzpatrick Edition Full Leather Good Plus No Jacket Photos, Maps, and Drawings
Original full red leather on dentilled boards with four raised spine bands. Top edges gilt. Vol. IV has been blackened in the lower right quarter of the cover, with the first 80 pp. showing marginal waterstain. Vol. II shows splits to upper 2 inches of both joints. Vol. VI is victim of a finger pull to the headband. Nevertheless, this is a very impressive set, complete with matching, separate colour map or plan of Quebec, also published by A.G. Doughty, in its own slipcase. The map is about 5 feet long and 18 inches wide. Approx. 350 pp. per volume. Many illustrations with tissue covers.
