Original green cloth with black borders and lettering on boards, no DJ. District Officer's Library A/C stamped on front pastedown, no other library marks. Front hinge repaired, OW very good. Asquith(1881-1947) was an English soldier better known for his poem, "The Volunteer", and not to be confused with his father of the same name who was Prime Minister of England 1908-15. 311 pp.
