Donnelly, John J. Subjective Concepts of Humans; The Source of Spiritistic Manifestations N.Y. The International Press 1922 First ( No Additional printings) Hard Cover Good No Jacket Inscribed and Signed By Author Original dark red cloth bordered and lettered in gilt on boards. Inscribed and signed by the author, the first resident priest of Holy Cross Church, Rochester, N.Y. He apparently left the priesthood and the church after 40 years' service. This book is challenging and puzzling to me in its attempt to explain interaction between humans. Emphasis is on "clairaudients", among whom he numbers himself. Full of psychological jargon. The author states his purpose is to explain the origin of the spirit world known to man. William Butler Yeats left 13 pp.of this manuscript behind. Front hinge cracked but fully attached. Inscribed, "With the compliments of the author, John J. Donnelly. Feby. 26th, 1924." 555 pp. with index. Price:
75.00 USD
