Original grey cloth lettered in black with portrait pastedown on boards. Two large foldout exercise charts, one for women and one for men. The chart for men is complete, but torn and unrepaired. Miles was apparently the king of physical culture in his day, and was no slouch in the classics (Kings College, Cambridge) either. Photo shows corners missing from cover portrait pastedown. Two previous owners' names, with no other marks. 139 pp. plus many ads.
