Original black stippled cloth blindstamped with T & F crest on boards. General edge wear. Front hinge cracked, and rear hinge apparently glued. Two ribbon bookmarks. Edited by the brother of Major Hodson, who captured the King of Delhi. Wikipedia suggests there were many less favourable incidents around the Major, who was killed at Lucknow in 1858, than this book records. 444 pp. plus catalog.
