Previous owner's name and address, children's rubber stamp images, and rear endpaper notated in pencil, none of which affects the text or albumen print. Silver Maple, Solomon's Seal, and Maidenhair are the three specimens in the albumen frontispiece, representing three different families of leaf designs. Photo shows dark cover edge spot.
