Maroon cloth, stamped letters and design in gilt, gilt lettering on spine faint. 282 pp, plus ads. 40 fine illustrations from etchings and drawings(R. Kent Thomas, A. Brunet-Debaines, Alfred Dawson, et al). Edges darkened, sprinkled foxing, corners lightly bent, but very little wear. A book which "speaks" its quality.
