However, some readers will be turned off by the marginal notes and underlines, while others will see them as "lamps to light their path" to a greater understanding of salient points and subjects. Minor wear to top corners and head/foot of spine. 910 pp. with appendices, bibliography, and index. Heavy book will need extra postage.
