Red cloth on boards. One of several books which describe the horrors of confinement in German concentration camps during WW II. The first 50 pp. display in agonizing detail the repetitive brutality of the Blockfuehrer, usually ending in death for the Polish prisoners. The author was imprisoned by a procedural error of the British government. Also, he blames Sweden for not demanding from the Germans that the Poles should be protected under international law. He is eventually saved by his daughter. 284 pp.
