Others from Montreal were James George Ross (Chartered Accountant), William Barclay Stephens (Manager of the Western Loan and Trust Co.), and William Lovett Hogg ( Manager of the Investment Co.). From Saint John were Frank A. Baird (Mining Broker), and Edward P. Raymond. Capital stock was $2,000,000 divided into two million shares at $1.00 each. Additional handwritten entries are by L.J. Tweedie, Provincial Secretary. 19 handwritten pp. easily legible. Balance of book is blank. Combed pattern boards backed and tipped in brown calf.
